About the Role:
Compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide is needed in the Washington, DC area. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, CMT or in a similar caregiving role preferred
- Valid CMT certification or willingness to obtain on
- Valid HHA certification or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Washington, DC area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
